Our little mister has less than 100 days left of cookin'! I'm getting more and more anxious to meet him...
In my head he looks just like Krew. My last appointment they did a few more pictures for me in the fancy 3D, and he was covering his eyes in one of the pictures. The bottom half of his face, cheeks, lips, chin could have been a photograph of Krew.
I guess we'll just see if he's a blondie/bluey or a brownie/brownie! Cuz we got two of each! It would be fun to have a blonde, brown-eyed baby or a blue-eyed brunette baby too! Or green eyes... Our genes could really give us any combo... We could even have one with black hair (My dad has black hair).
Another thing that's sortof all over the place is our name choosin'. We keep going the rounds and never really agreeing on anything.
Tony has a great-great-great-great-ish grandfather name William Wallace. (Not "the" William Wallace, but obviously named after him.) He thought that would be a lovely name. I told him it was fine if he'd perform the blessing in a kilt and use a fake Scottish accent. He's considering it.
We like Bode, but there's already a Beau in the fam. I think it might be too confusing since we've already got 2 Ashleys, 2 Marks, 2 Davids, and 2 Jacksons to try to keep straight.
Jocelyn suggested Tommy. I kinda like it. Alot.
Gage suggested Jaron, which is also very nice. Unexpectedly tasteful from Gage.
I like Dylan. Tony asked if I was stuck in the 90's? I told him yes.
I also like Hayden. But we have a Kaden!
I saw the name Boone on a photography blog. Kinda love it! Love how it sounds with Gage and Krew.
Lauren suggested Tootie. Which is our family's word for flatulence. Classic.
You'd think by this point in the game, we'd have it narrowed down! I mean, we have done this before...
Back when I thought this baby might be a girl, we had only few names we both considered: Leah, Aven, Bridgit, Alexa or Avery. (Well, I like Bridgit. Tony thinks it sounds like the name for a little fluffy dog.)
So I guess we'll have to just wait and see! Only about 100 more days...

My vote is for Dylan! :) i love it! ...second would be Bode ...kinda has a catchy sound ...LOL about tootie...she is so funny :)
I liked a lot of the options. I do like Will, not sure about "William Wallace" althought that might take my vote just so I can see Tony sporting that kilt with the accent. :) Also, I like Bode and I don't think it's too close. Some others I think are super cute... Cannon, Swade, Court, Beckham. I also have a long list of boy names that I never get to use. :)
William Wallace, Will for short. Tony in the skirt and accent must go with.
I think tootie would be perfect! Somebody told us when we were trying to think of a name for Brayden that we should use Remington. Then we would have a Hunter and a Remington (brand of a rifle). So you could use Remington and keep the hunter alive in Tony and use that. It gets hard working around family names when there are so many. I say if you like it, use it, even if it is similar.
If you spell Bode like that, it looks like BODE. Instead of Bodie. Just a thought. I even was confused for a sec and knew what it said. Just a thought (not that you need to change for MEEEE but just saying he might get BODE a lot.) I like Aven. Thanks for the name that I may steal someday. Bahahahahaa. I like Dylan. Will is probably my FAVORITE. I think it is ok to just use "Will" too. WILL FARKUS!
Tootie.....I am still giggling :)
I was listening to "how to train your dragon" for like the 100 millionth time in the car the other day, and it dawned on me that Burke would make a cute name. Kind of hard to say with jenks, but jenks is a hard name to come up with alot of good first names. I have to say I am afraid of Will, just because they may call him Willy, which could be a not so good name for a certain body part. Sorry. We have a person in our ward with a Bade. But I have to agree with Ashley, he'll get called Bode his whole life instead of Bodie.
I haven't heard Boone before but it is kind of cute. William is sweet but not Wallace with it - sounds like walrus!! Of course, he might be a bit of a walrus - How about William Rees Jenks or whatever - pretty soon the guessing will be over--you hope so huh.
Or you could use Bode spelled Bodee or Dylan. They all sound great.
Not that my opinion matters much but I am not a fan of Dylan--sorry to those who like it. Any of the others are cute. Anyway, its what you like that counts--the rest of us will learn to love it! btw Nate got your package and was in heaven! Thank you!!!!! Look for one for Gage soon. These boys are getting so big!
I just heard the name Max again tonight - I like that-- Also, I considered naming Tony, Anthony Quinton because Quinton means 5th child - maybe you could consider that.
I know I'm a little late weighing in here, but I have to tell you that some people in our ward have two boys - Boone and Indy and I love both of those names. But I have to agree that Tony in a kilt and Scottish accent might be worth naming him William Wallace. :)
Congrats on number five, too! I hope you're better at it than I am. :)
